Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 36 hours per week
Working hours: Monday-Friday
Location: Bromley Civic Centre
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week office attendance

The role
We are looking for a commercially minded Lettings Negotiator to join our Housing Team. You will play a vital role in preventing homelessness by securing private sector accommodation in a competitive market and supporting households to sustain tenancies.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in property lettings who enjoys negotiating, building long term partnerships and closing deals while making a real social impact.
This is a fast-paced, front-line role requiring excellent problem solving skills, as well as a strong commitment to customer service and positive outcomes.
About You
We are looking for a confident, skilled negotiator with strong sector knowledge who will bring:
- Strong influencing, negotiation and networking skills
- A proven track record of making successful deals with private sector landlords in a commercial environment
- In depth understanding of housing legislation, welfare benefits and HHSRS
- An ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing a portfolio of landlord relationships and delivering results against clear performance targets
- A strong commitment to customer service and delivering positive outcomes
