Electrical Reactive Works Monitoring Officer

BR12: £41,566-£44,951 per annum

We’re seeking an Electrical Reactive Works Monitoring Officer to provide expert electrical engineering knowledge within our Facilities Management team.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Serve as the Council’s technical lead for Electrical services, ensuring assets are safe, compliant, and cost-effective.

·       Oversee the performance of contractors delivering reactive maintenance across a diverse property portfolio.

·       Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks while driving value for money and high service standards.
