An exciting new temporary opportunity has arisen due to implementation of the council’s new Asset Management System and Help Desk within the Inform and Enable function of the Corporate Landlord Service. About the Role:
Reporting to the Customer Experience Team leader, the Senior Business Support Officer will provide comprehensive fanatical business administration support as we maintain the daily operation of the help desk function in directing reactive maintenance activities to the relevant areas and ensure planned preventative maintenance tasks are carried out, via the asset management system.
You will be expected to liaise with a variety of stakeholders in the Corporate Landlord Service, wider council and externally.
You will spend your time working within both the asset management system and the council’s financial management system,

For permanent Bristol City Council employees, this post will be a secondment.
For employees who are currently on a fixed term contract with Bristol City Council, the secondment must not extend beyond the end of the fixed term period to ensure there is a substantive post to return to.
If you are currently a casual worker or a member of an employment agency (currently working with Bristol City Council) this post will be a fixed term contract.
