Salary: £26,824- £28,142 (pro rata)

We are looking for an organised and friendly Administrator to join our Family Hub team in North Bristol. Family Hubs provide a welcoming space where children, young people, and families can access information, advice, and support.
As the first point of contact for many families and professionals, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Hub and helping families access the support they need.
You will provide high-quality administrative support to the Family Hub team and contribute to creating a positive experience for families, visitors, and partner agencies.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Be the first point of contact for service users and partners by providing welcoming reception and customer service facing duties in Family Hub buildings.
- To support service delivery by organising rooms, providing displays of current informative materials on a range of topics both in buildings and digitally, ensuring these are current, accurate and relevant.
- Provide timely and efficient business and finance support in raising purchase orders and paying invoices for goods and services, processing of petty cash and stock checking and ordered for resources required for the service to run smoothly.
- Create promotion and advertising materials in a range of formats, including social media, ensuring the reach to families is maximised through various routes
- Input range of referral information into data systems, run reports for monitoring purposes.
