Are you a highly organised administrator who enjoys working in a busy and rewarding environment?

We are looking for a Business Support Officer to join our Home Finding and Partnership Service. You'll provide essential administrative and financial support, helping the service deliver effective placement arrangements for children and young people across Bristol.

What you'll do

  • Provide high-quality business and administrative support across the service.
  • Manage and process financial transactions and records.
  • Respond to enquiries from colleagues, customers and partner organisations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying more efficient ways of working.


About you


You'll be an organised and proactive individual who enjoys managing a varied workload, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and finding practical solutions to day-to-day challenges. Confident using Microsoft Office applications, you'll be able to prioritise tasks effectively while delivering high-quality support in a busy environment.

You will have strong communication and customer service skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with colleagues and partners. Most importantly, you'll be committed to delivering an excellent service and helping the Children's Placements Service achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
