Come and help deliver sustainable change for children and families in Bristol.

We are looking for two Programme Delivery Partners to play a key role in the next phase of our transformation journey for Children's Services, building on the strong foundations established through the Families First programme.

You will help drive further improvements in how we deliver services for children, young people and families, as we work to strengthen outcomes, increase stability and provide more timely support so that more families can stay together safely. This is a high-impact position at the heart of a programme focused on delivering long-term, sustainable change.

Working closely with Service Managers, frontline teams and partner organisations, you will lead the delivery of key projects and support the embedding of new ways of working across the system. You will help connect activity across services, monitor progress, manage risks and ensure the programme delivers meaningful, measurable benefits for children and families.

This is a collaborative role focused on enabling services to succeed, building strong relationships, and embedding lasting change across Children's Services and partner organisations.

We are looking for someone with strong programme or project delivery experience and a good understanding of Children's Services. You will be skilled at building trusted relationships, navigating complex environments and maintaining a clear focus on outcomes. If you are motivated by making a difference, enjoy working collaboratively and want to help improve the lives of children, young people and families in Bristol, we would love to hear from you.
