  • Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and service development.
  • Working in partnership with health and social care colleagues to support effective discharge and community pathways.
  • Responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints.

About you

You’ll be an experienced manager with a strong background in adult social care and a passion for delivering person-centred services that support independence.

You will:

  • Have experience of managing services for adults and leading teams in a care setting.
  • Be confident managing operational delivery, including staff, performance and resources.
  • Have a good understanding of reablement or strengths-based approaches.
  • Be able to work effectively with people in complex or challenging situations.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Be committed to equity, diversity and inclusion in practice.
