We’re seeking motivated Family Hub Deputy Managers to provide day-to-day leadership and service oversight across our Family Hub teams and help deliver high-quality early help services.
You’ll lead and support staff, support and plan service delivery, oversee referrals and casework, and ensure consistently strong practice through supervision, quality assurance and performance management.
You will ensure your team feels supported, motivated and confident to deliver excellent practice that leads to positive outcomes for families. You’ll also help maintain safe, welcoming Hub environments.
Working closely with partners across health, education, early years and the voluntary sector, you will play an active role in strengthening multi-agency collaboration, representing the Family Hub at key meetings and contributing to joined-up, responsive support for families.
In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to lead on thematic areas of service development, championing best practice, sharing learning and helping to shape and grow Family Hub services across the locality.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong leadership and people management skills.
- Is passionate about early help and improving outcomes for families.
- Can motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Is confident in partnership working and multi-agency collaboration.
- Brings a proactive, solution-focused approach.
