Family Hubs are seeking enthusiastic and well‑organised Administrators to join our Family Hubs and Early Help Service across East Central, North and South Bristol.
Working under the direction of the Family Hub and Early Help Management Team, you will provide effective, high‑quality administrative support to ensure services run smoothly.
You will act as a welcoming first point of contact and support children, families and partners accessing services through our Family Hub buildings.
As a Family Hub Administrator, you will provide a welcoming reception and act as a first point of contact for families, offering clear information and signposting them to relevant services and partner organisations.
You will support day‑to‑day service delivery by organising rooms and maintaining up‑to‑date information displays, as well as providing business and finance support such as purchase orders, invoices, petty cash and stock management.
You will also create promotional materials, input referral information into data systems and run reports to support monitoring and service improvement.
This varied role is based at the heart of local communities, helping ensure families receive the right support at the right time.
