We are a team of Social Workers, Child in Need Keyworkers and Family Support workers that work with and support Disabled Children and their families acrosse Bristol.

We are looking for an experienced Social Worker who has completed their ASYE to join our team and advocate for and improve outcomes for our disabled children. 

How we work:

The team works to Bristol's Systemic Practice Framework to contribute to the provision of good quality services.  We undertake a range of statutory duties in accordance with legislation relevant to children & their families who are in need. 

We work with connected persons and carers to provide specialist evidence-based interventions.   

There is opportunities for indidual team members to develop specialisms in practice & build understanding and skills when working with complex and specialist social work areas.

We ensure the highest of professional standards & maintain excellent current knowledge of relevant legislation regulation & practice methods, while contributing to the development of the team’s practice knowledge & service delivery. We do this through continuous training; resource development; supervision/support of social work students and/or apprentices; involvement in service development projects/research; and by building improved service partnerships with other relevant agencies.

Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
