We have two exciting opportunities for:
1 x Transformation and Commissioning Category Lead for Social Care and Housing, to drive strategic commissioning across Social Care, and Housing services for children in care and care leavers.
1 x Transformation and Commissioning Category Lead for Education, SEND, Health and Partnerships.

This is a high-impact role where you will shape services that support some of the city’s most vulnerable children and young people, ensuring they are safe, supported, and able to thrive.
As the Category Lead you will drive transformational programmes and high-risk projects, ensuring sustainable service improvements and overseeing complex service areas and ensuring services meet local needs and national priorities.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that Bristol’s commissioning approach delivers high-quality services that improve outcomes for children and families across the city.
We’re looking for a confident and collaborative leader's who brings proven experience leading commissioning and transformation projects, delivering measurable service improvements.
You will have experience managing and developing staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
