Location:
Filwood Green Business Park, BS4 1ET. The team are based on reception working Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 16:00. 

We are currently seeking a Centre Officer to join our established team at Filwood Green Business Park, a vibrant and sustainable workspace supporting various small and medium-sized businesses in South Bristol.

As Centre Officer, you will act as first point of contact for tenants, visitors and contractors providing a friendly, professional and responsive front-of-house service. The role involves supporting the day-to-day operation of the building, including opening and closing procedures, monitoring safety and security systems and supporting income generation activities.

Responsibilities include managing workspace bookings, responding to enquiries, financial/administrative processes and liaising with contractors and maintenance teams to report issues and arrange for repairs to ensure the building is safe and compliant.  

You will work closely with the Centre Manager to endorse the Business Park’s sustainability focus and encourage the growth of the business park, not only promoting available workspace to prospective tenants, but also supporting existing companies within their tenancy.

This is a varied, front-facing role that would suit someone who enjoys working with people and is confident working in a position that is a mixture of customer service, facilities support and administration.
