We are expanding our Family Hubs and Early Help offer across Bristol and are seeking three Team Managers to play a key role in leading high-quality support for children, young people and families across our South, North, and East Central Family Hubs.

As a Family Hubs Team Manager, you will lead a team delivering integrated early help and prevention services, with a strong focus on quality, consistency and impact. You’ll be responsible for making sure services are well-organised, responsive and grounded in what works for families and local communities.

We’re looking for someone who understands what good looks like in early help and has the confidence and experience to lead others to deliver it. You will be working closely with partners across health, education and the voluntary sector to make sure support is joined up and works for families. You’ll use data, insight and feedback to keep services on track and developing in line with service priorities.

This role will suit someone with strong operational and team management experience who is organised, visible and approachable, and who takes pride in running a service that is, inclusive and makes a real difference. You’ll bring a clear understanding of safeguarding, a commitment to reducing inequalities, and the ability to develop people as well as services.

Family Hubs in Bristol are continuing to grow and evolve. This role offers the opportunity to shape how services are delivered locally – embedding strong practice, supporting staff to thrive, and making a tangible difference to families.

Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
