Permanent, Full Time and Part Time positions across the city.
As an Estate and Site Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards across our housing estates in our blocks of flats. You will carry out a range of cleaning duties, working independently or as part of a team to ensure that communal internal and external areas are well -maintained, tidy and safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking daily cleaning tasks within communal areas of housing blocks to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Support colleagues by identifying and reporting issues such as repairs, anti-social behaviour, and any health or fire safety concerns.
- Manage waste and recycling operations on site, including changing and positioning bins, and moving bulky waste items to designated collection points.
- Act as a visible and approachable on-site representative of the council. giving assistance, guidance and exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
- Use of IT systems to report and collate information.
About you
You will be someone who takes pride in maintaining safe and attractive environments and confident in working both independently and with others. Strong communication skills, reliability and commitment to excellent services are essential.
