Customer Liaison Officer

We are seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join our Planned Maintenance team. In this role, you will support the delivery of various installation & maintenance contracts, including Gas Servicing, Heating and Sprinkler installations.
You will work closely with a skilled team within the Mechanical, Electrical, and Heating Team.
To own and successfully resolve enquires, questions and help achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
Bristol City Council is responsible for approximately 27,000 properties with 450 communal spaces.
You will be working as part of the M&E team in planned maintenance supporting Project Engineers, where we are responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance for all communal utilities such as power and lighting to communal heating and hot water.
The role is challenging but rewarding and will require the successful candidate to take an analytical approach to solving problems.
Please note that this role is subject to an Basic DBS Check.

This is a FULL TIME role, 37 hours per week and is a permanent role. Your working days will be Monday to Friday 8.00- 16.00
