We also have several vacancies for Casual Visitor Assistants. This is a zero hours contract and we allocate shifts across the month as needed to support the service.

Bristol Culture and Creative Industries delivers city-wide festivals, events, exhibitions and world class museums; be a part of the City’s dynamic, vibrant and forward-thinking team. We are looking for Visitor Assistants to join the Visitor Experience & Operations Team.
We are looking for individuals who will deliver an outstanding service. You will have the passion and drive to define and deliver our commitment to customer care. You will ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors, buildings and museum collections.
This is a public facing role working with our visitors to ensure they have an engaging and memorable visit at our museums.
Visitor Experience & Operations roles include working across all our sites Bristol Museum & Art Gallery, M Shed Museum, Blaise Castle House Museum, Georgian House Museum and Red Lodge Museum as required.
The role may include manual tasks and you will be expected to undertake relevant training to support your role. Training may take place outside of contracted hours, all training is paid.
