Advanced Project Worker

Permanent, Part Time 22.5 hours per week.
Bristol Autism Team are looking to recruit an Advanced Project Worker to join our Family Support Team.
The role will include working collaboratively with colleagues from BAT Education Hub and a range of multiagency services, to assist in the organisation, management and deployment of a city-wide service for autistic children, young people and their families.
You will join our well-established team in the development and delivery of Family Learning courses, including National Autistic Society courses, as well as working with individual families where there are complex needs. In this role, you will be working directly with families to develop their understanding of autism so they can better support and respond to their child's needs.
You will be expected to have relevant qualifications in Play, Youth and Community Work, Education, or Health and Social Care and direct practitioner experience of working with disabled children/adults with social communication and interaction needs, including autism.
Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
