The Post
We are looking for a Co-Production Connector (Parents/Carers) to support the Principal Social Worker for Children and Families in ensuring that parents and carers are actively involved in the design and implementation of the Families First Partnership Programme.
This role will support the participation and engagement of parents and carers through a range of workshops, activities and engagement opportunities. This could include supporting parent and carer reference groups, forums, focus groups and engagement events, helping to gather feedback and ensuring the experiences of families help inform service development and delivery.
You will assist with promoting the Families First Partnership Programme, developing communication and engagement materials, monitoring engagement activities and reporting on outcomes. The role will also involve supporting the delivery of training to the wider workforce, helping to collect and analyse feedback from parents and carers, and identifying learning and good practice to strengthen family participation across Children's Services.
