Contract: Fixed Term/Secondment (12 months)
Hours of work: 36 hours per week
Location: Civic Centre and other locations from time to time

The Post

We are seeking a motivated and organised Inclusion Project Support Officer to help deliver of a range of Inclusion projects including the execution of Brent’s Inclusion Strategy 2026-2029 and the co-production of training materials with Health Partners.  

Working closely with the Programme Lead and Inclusion Project Officer, you will play a central role in coordinating projects across Inclusion services. Your work will include preparing project documentation, tracking progress, data analysis and ensuring effective communication of outcomes.

You will work in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders, including schools, health partners, voluntary organisations, and families, helping to drive forward inclusive practices and improved outcomes for children, young people and their families.

The Person

The successful candidate will have experience of supporting projects or programme delivery, data analysis and the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including schools, health partners, external agencies and the community and voluntary sector.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, organisational skills and have a good working knowledge of standard office packages such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

This role would suit a resilient candidate who is passionate about making a positive contribution to the outcomes of children and young people in Brent.
