Mobile Caretaker

Job Introduction
We are looking for a caretaker to join our dedicated team who is be based at Rainbow Family Hub, Keighley. As a Mobile Caretaker you will be working within the Facilities Management Team to provide an efficient and effective service delivery to the customers, partners, visitors and members of the public. Main duties include being responsible for the day to day caretaking provision at Rainbow Family Centre.
The main responsibilities of this role:
- Opening and locking down the site (working a split shift)
- Carrying out statutory checks during the week
- Ensuring that the site is clean, tidy and is welcoming to all users of the site
- Liaising with the services based at the site
- Covering other sites as and when required
An enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service will be sought for appointees to this post.
