Special Head of Business Information

Job Introduction

WYPF is seeking a Head of Business Information to lead the development and delivery of a forward-thinking information and associated data strategy.  This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Group CTO, with responsibility for embedding BI as a strategic asset across the organisation.

The role is a hands-on position with one direct report and is broadly a greenfield site from a strategic perspective.  

The successful candidate will have already significant experience of BI tooling and practical delivery to an organisations SLT.  It requires a collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams.

Experience with operational data is essential, given the complexity of the business and the enterprise-wide opportunities to enhance operations through both internal and external data sources.

This role will be instrumental in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, ensuring high standards of accessibility, and actionable insight.
