Job Introduction
We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Customer Services Officer to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role providing front-of-house reception services across three sites. As the first point of contact for visitors, customers and colleagues, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who accesses our services.
The successful candidate will be flexible, reliable and able to work confidently in different locations while maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and welcoming reception service across three sites.
- Greet visitors, customers and contractors, ensuring appropriate sign-in procedures are followed.
- Ensure reception areas are well-presented, safe and welcoming at all times.
- Adhere to organisational policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Can build positive relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Is confident working independently and managing competing priorities.
- Is flexible and willing to travel between sites as required.
- Has previous reception and customer service experience
