Resilient Bradford Project Lead

ATR Workforce Development programme 

28 - 35 hours   (0.8 – 1.0 FTE) £36,050 p.a pro rata

(+6.6% matched pension contribution)

Fixed term for maternity cover until 31.03.2027

 

Resilient Bradford is a ATR Workforce Development programme delivered by Bradford Trident, established in 2022 with support from the WAVE Trust. The programme delivers the Bradford District Adversity, Trauma and Resilience (ATR) Workforce Training and Learning Project, delivering a district-wide, whole-system, trauma-informed approach to Adversity, Trauma and Resilience.

 

This programme is funded by Public Health Bradford and is a fixed term contract for maternity cover until March 2027, (or until the return of the postholder), with the possibility of an extension.   The post will be employed by Bradford Trident and based within the Resilient Bradford team.

 

 

Successful candidate will:

  • Lead a small team which supports organisations to embed their trauma-informed and restorative practices, moving beyond training into sustained organisational change.
  • Lead the ATR Workforce Training and Learning Programme and be responsible for managing the delivery of the contract.
  • Lead the ongoing development of the ATR training offer, including adapting and evolving Tier 2 provision into accessible online formats to increase reach and accessibility.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across health, education, voluntary and community sectors, including those with lived experience of adversity and trauma.  

 

 

Applicants should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in programme management and/or workforce training.
  • Understanding of Adversity, Trauma and Resilience (ATR) or related fields.
  • Experience of leading a team and implementing continuous improvement mechanisms.
  • Ability to collect and analyse data and strong IT skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver training in a variety of formats.

 

A satisfactory DBS check will be required for the successful applicant.

Hybrid working options available. Travel across Bradford District will be required.
