We are looking for a senior tutor:

To provide a peripatetic teaching and learning service to a wide range of learners including families, unemployed and employed adults in a variety of settings across the district, including Schools, employer premises and community settings.

To develop and deliver accessible learning courses, including English, maths, ICT, and employability skills, tailored specifically to meet the diverse needs of SEND learners and their employers. To ensure full compliance with contract, awarding body, and individual Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) regulations during all training and assessments.

To implement individualised, practical training experiences that incorporate assistive strategies and adaptive technologies to support each learner's unique abilities. To closely monitor, review, and celebrate progress against personalised milestones to maximise retention and ensure timely achievement.
