Bradford Council’s Leisure Service is the largest leisure provider in the district. Our organisation aims to provide a quality service in a friendly, clean, and safe environment.
Sedbergh Sports and Leisure Centre is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team. The role is crucial in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all visitors to our sports centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to deliver inclusive, inspiring and safe fitness sessions within a supportive environment.
Role & Responsibilities Include
- Provide clear instruction of the different movements and techniques required in the class
- Monitor customers during activities / classes and provide advice if needed
- Provide guidance and support to customers, ensuring their safety and comfort during the practice
- Promote the benefits of attending regular fitness classes, such as increased flexibility, better stress management, and improved overall health and fitness
- Maintain a clean, and safe environment
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Experience in coaching Gymnastic sessions or in the activity of Gymnastics. Successful applicant would be expected to look at attaining Foundation of Gymnastics Qualification.
