Role Description
We are looking for social workers/experienced social workers to join our dedicated team in the West area team. This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city.
The main responsibilities of this role:
- You will work creatively with older people and carers to maximise outcomes
- Contribute to the provision of Social Care Services in the community and other settings.Provide an effective Social Work service including assessment, case planning and reviews.
- To safeguard Adults including those at significant risk of harm , assess and manage risk and undertaken critical decision making including taking professional responsibility for decision making
- Operate a Social Work service within departmental policy, practice and procedures.
- Full UK Driving licence is required unless a disability prevents this.
- Must be registered with Social work England
