Reablement Support Worker

Job Introduction
We are looking for a qualified reablement support worker to work through the night for Bradford Reablement Service (BEST) in all areas of the Bradford district.
The rota averages 36.75 hours per week. It is a two-week rolling rota as follows:
Week one Monday, Saturday, Sunday- working 21:00 hrs to 07.30
Week two Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday- working 21:00 hrs to 07.30
This role is to work for Trustcare which is a team who work alongside Safe and Sound responding to calls for emergency help and support.
This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city.
The main responsibilities of this role:
- Re-able individuals in community settings
- To support with daily living tasks
- Document accurate records on digital devices
- Support with personal cares
- Support individuals to regain independence
- Treat individuals with dignity and respect
- Attend emergency calls for people who have fallen or need help and support
You will need a full UK (manual) driving licence for these roles. (Transport is provided).
You must possess a (minimum) RCF (regulated qualifications framework) level 2 diploma in health and social care or equivalent (QCF/NVQ). If you are not qualified you will not be shortlisted.
