Job Introduction

We are looking for a qualified reablement support worker to work mornings within Bradford Reablement Service in all areas of the Bradford district.  (17.5 hours average per week)

These roles are an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city. 

The main responsibilities of this role:

  • Re-able individuals in community settings
  • To support with daily living tasks
  • Document accurate records on digital devices
  • Support with personal cares
  • Support individuals to regain independence 
  • Treat individuals with dignity and respect

You will need a full UK (manual) driving licence for these roles. (Transport is provided).

Service provision operates on a a 2-week rolling rota as follows:

Week one: Monday, Saturday, Sunday

Week two: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

The work schedule is 07:30 hrs to 12.30 hrs on each of these days; we are unable to condense hours into fewer working days.

You must possess a (minimum) RCF (regulated qualifications framework) level 2 diploma in health and social care or equivalent (QCF/NVQ).  If you are not qualified you will not be shortlisted.

Please note, we are unable to offer sponsorship for these roles.
