Reablement Support Worker (28 Hours)

Job Introduction
We are looking for qualified Reablement Support Workers to work days within The Bradford Reablement Service (formerly known as BEST) in all areas of the Bradford district. These roles are an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city.
The main responsibilities of this role:
- Support individuals in residential/ Community settings
- To support with daily living tasks
- Document accurate records on digital devices
- Support with personal cares
- Support individuals to remain independent as long as feasible
- Treat individuals with dignity and respect

Successful candidates must possess a full UK manual driving licence for this role (transport is provided).
Please note service provision operates on a 2 week rolling rota as follows:
Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Hours of work 07:30- 12:30 break 15:00-18:00
