About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Project Manager to join our Improvement Portfolio, playing a pivotal role in delivering high-impact transformation across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead complex HR and organisational change initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to our wider strategic ambitions.


Key Responsibilities

•    Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR projects within the Improvement Portfolio

•    Manage multiple workstreams across areas such as workforce transformation, pay modernisation, HR systems, and service redesign

•    Develop and maintain robust project plans, governance, and reporting frameworks

•    Engage and influence senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment

•    Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, driving proactive mitigation

•    Work collaboratively with HR, Finance, IT, and operational teams

•    Ensure benefits realisation is clearly defined, tracked, and achieved


About You

You will bring a strong track record of delivering complex HR or organisational change projects in large or complex environments.

We’re looking for someone who is:

•    An experienced Project Manager (PRINCE2, APM, Agile or equivalent)

•    Confident operating at pace within transformation and improvement programmes

•    Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing at senior levels

•    Commercially aware, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes

•    Highly organised, with strong planning and governance expertise

•    Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused

•    Experience of working within HR transformation, pay and rewards, workforce modernisation, or system implementation will be highly advantageous.
