The Role
HR Assistant (2), 12month Fixed Term Contract.
We are looking for two proactive and people-focused HR Assistants to join our dynamic HR Team at Bolton Council. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently working in HR, qualified to CIPD Level 3 and looking for the next step to further their HR Career.
These newly created roles involve being an integral part of the Children’s Services and School HR team providing support to the HR Advisers in managing case work and taking minutes, supporting managers with HR policy application, assisting HR project work and providing guidance and advice on HR and employment law related queries.
About You
In addition to having experience in working in a HR environment you will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work innovatively, flexibly and under you own initiative. The possession of excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hard-working team are essential.
