The Role
Do you want to join a dynamic, ambitious and caring team at the heart of transforming services for children, young people and families in Bolton?

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting Bolton's Families First transformation. As Quality Assurance Manager, you will help us understand what is making a positive difference for children and families, identify where we can improve, and ensure that learning is translated into better practice and stronger outcomes.

Reporting to the Principal Social Worker, you will help lead our quality framework across alongside our dedicated workforce, ensuring we have a clear and honest picture of the experiences and outcomes of children, young people and families.

This role is much more than quality assurance. You will be a key driver of organisational learning and practice development, helping to create an environment where reflection, curiosity and improvement are embedded in everyday practice. You will work alongside practitioners, managers, senior leaders and partners to ensure learning is understood, acted upon and translated into meaningful change for children and families.

As a senior professional within Children's Services, you will contribute to strategic leadership, report directly into Bolton's Assurance and Performance Board, represent the service in internal and multi-agency forums and provide constructive support and challenge at all levels of the organisation.
