The Role

As an Administration Assistant, you will carry out a range of administrative duties relating to the Coroners Service and provide a welcoming and professional reception service, greeting visitors, staff and customers. The Coroners Service looks to provide the community with a great customer experience at the highest level of integrity whilst also following key legislative procedures. This is an exciting role for an enthusiastic candidate looking to support essential coronial services to the public, that supports the community with compassion and professionalism.


About You

You will have proven experience of working in a customer facing environment and dealing with members of the public. You will be an effective communicator who can be a diligent and responsible individual in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be a flexible worker and resilient to the service as you will be working in an environment that exposes you to upsetting and confidential material. You will have the ability to work as part of a team, use your own initiative, have excellent IT skills, with a sound understanding of data protection and data sharing legislation.
