The Start Well Commissioning Officer post remit includes ensuring services deliver the best outcomes for children and young people. You would assist in the planning, development, co-ordination, and delivery of an ongoing programme of commissioning projects, providing effective challenge, support, and project management on a range of existing programmes of work to improve the lives of the people of Bolton.
About You
We are looking for highly motivated, energetic people with great people skills and the capacity to forge excellent relationships and effective multi-agency working. You will be enthusiastic and can work strategically on a range of projects. You will have the ability to deliver multiple projects within timescales while achieving required outcomes.
You will have excellent analytical skills and lateral thinking to develop creative and innovative solutions. You will also have excellent IT skills, in particular Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. You will be a team player who is able to work effectively with others to improve and change services across Children’s Services. You will have experience of overcoming barriers to deliver successful outcomes. You must be capable of working on your own initiative to help drive and enable improved outcomes for the people of Bolton.
