The Role
Grade C scp5 £14,520 to scp6 £14,750 per annum, pay award pending
Working within the Community Housing Services team; this Management Support role will provide personal and secretarial support to the Head of Community Housing Services and Senior Managers.
A varied role overseeing key tasks including: schedule management; co-ordination of multi-agency meetings; allocation and monitoring of MP enquiries and complaints; and other management support such as minute / note taking, supporting events and co-ordinating various administrative process such as leave monitoring and training access.
The role will work 21 hours over 3-4 days each week with possible elements of hybrid working between home / office (subject to negotiation and management agreement).

About You
You will be competent with word processing and IT skills with experience of Microsoft or similar software.
You will have good administrative skills, being efficient in maintaining multiple processes and effective with diary management and scheduling / co-ordination.
You will have effective communication skills, both written and verbal and able to deal with a broad range of people including customers, elected members and other agencies.
You will be able to work as part of a team, using your own initiative and deal with a variety of tasks to deadline.
