The Role
£13.05ph, pay award pending
The Albert Halls Hospitality & Front of House team carries out a vital role in meeting and greeting customers to the Albert Halls venue. The role is integral to the smooth running of performances and events. Excellent customer care is essential to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, sales and numeracy skills are essential as is maintaining health and safety standards for customers and the premises.
About You
We are looking for proactive individuals with proven previous experience and knowledge of a theatre and hospitality environment to provide a hospitality & front of house support service for our diverse events and live entertainment programme.
Successful candidates will have demonstrable experience of delivering a high standard of customer care and must be able to work effectively as part of a team and with minimum supervision and use their own initiative to deal with conflicting demands in a competent and efficient manner.
You must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Full training will be provided.
