We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-value, high-risk projects across Adult Social Care & Health and its partners. Using appropriate methodologies, you’ll drive transformational change that improves services, delivers efficiencies, and creates sustainable outcomes for our communities.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects—on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Define project scope, governance, milestones, and resource requirements
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including Directors and Cabinet Members
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across HR, Finance, IT, Legal and more
- Ensure strong reporting, governance, and benefits realisation
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering small to large-scale, complex projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Expertise in planning, governance, and risk management
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive sustainable change
- A customer-focused, performance-driven mindset
