Join our Waste & Street Scene Performance Team and play a key role in delivering projects that keep Birmingham clean, safe and running smoothly.
As a Project Support Officer, you’ll work closely with the Performance and Improvement team to support the delivery of key projects and service improvements. You’ll help keep projects on track, turning data into insight and ensuring the team has the right information to make decisions.
What we’re looking for...
- Experience supporting projects, programmes or performance reporting
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence working with data (Excel and MS Office essential)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, flexible approach and a passion for improvement
What you’ll do...
- Coordinate project plans, documentation and meetings
- Track performance, risks, actions and progress
- Produce reports, dashboards and presentations
- Support service improvement initiatives and change projects
- Manage data and help turn it into meaningful insights
- Work with internal teams and partners across the city
