Grade A - £24,796 - £28,142 per annum 

Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review

Working 36.5 hours per week

 

Location of work (hybrid) – Home working and office based (College Road, Kingstanding & Stonebrook Way, Weoley Castle).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Building and Gas Clerks to join Business Support working with the busy Asset Management team in Birmingham. 

The successful applicant will undertake a range of core administration and financial function in relation to Gas Servicing/Repairs and Voids, using departmental databases and systems as part of daily administrative work.  The role is fast paced and KPI driven, therefore, the work needs to be completed accurately and in a timely manner. 

As part of the role, you will be interacting with customers and liaising with internal/external teams and agencies on a day-to-day basis. 

We are looking for experienced administrators who are flexible, adaptable and who can work under pressure in a busy team where deadlines are crucial. You would need to have attention to detail to ensure all enquiries are processed consistency as well as demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality while complying with data protection. Great customer service, IT and administration skills are essential as well a desire to continue to develop your skills through regular training and other opportunities. 

Full training, mentoring and coaching will be provided to the successful candidate.
