We’re looking for a Benefits Sector Manager to lead our high profile Supported Accommodation Housing Benefit Team within the country’s largest local authority.
This is a hands‑on manager role for someone who thrives on pace, complexity and challenge. This position will drive performance, improving outcomes, and work in partnership with colleague's and partners to improve this critical public service.
You will lead, and motivate an operational team, review policy and introduce new legislation into robust, efficient processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Benefits practitioner, or someone looking to make that next career step. You will also be an integral part of the Benefits leadership team and contribute to the overall running of the service.
Proven experience of housing and legislative knowledge is essential for this role.
This is a hybrid working role and onsite attendance is subject to service needs.
