Working 36.5 hours per week
The Brindley Programme, and the delivery of the Brindley Oracle system, will empower the council and its staff to manage money, people and information efficiently, effectively and compliantly.
You’ll be responsible for engaging and managing your Directorate's readiness for Brindley, the reimplemented Oracle system. You will support teams through change, working with the directorate to drive engagement, understanding and adoption. You’ll act as the Directorate's Brindley expert, leading a group of Change Champions and working closely with Leadership across the Directorate to ensure change impacts are understood, supported, and embedded.
What You’ll Do
· Lead adoption of Brindley and change activities for your Directorate.
· Deliver communications, engagement, and readiness assessments.
· Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the impact of changes is understood.
· Mitigate change risks and support smooth transition into Brindley.
What You’ll Bring
· Strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
· Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments.
· Desire to ensure successful adoption of Brindley
