Change Officer / Adoption & Change Manager

Grade C- £35,412 - £44,075
Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review
Working 36.5 hours per week
You’ll be responsible for “faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency in the use of new technologies across the organisation”, working on high‑value projects and supporting teams through change. You’ll act as the project’s expert on the people side of change — “the ‘go‑to’ person for expertise on how to deliver and manage the people side of change” — ensuring change is understood, supported, and embedded.
What You’ll Do
- Lead adoption and change activities across digital projects.
- Deliver communications, training, coaching, and readiness assessments.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure user needs are met.
- Mitigate change risks and support smooth transition into service.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, complex environments.
- Knowledge of modern technology and agile delivery.
