Travel Passenger Team Leader

Permanent

Grade C - £35,412  – £44,075

Working 36.5 hours per week

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Passenger Team Leader to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a group of passenger service, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Travel Passenger Assistant Officers, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless travel service.
  • Prepare reports and assist in staff scheduling and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the travel or transport sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in handling customer service challenges.
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 6:30am and 5:30pm
