We’re looking for a new Revenues Operations Manager to lead our high profile Business Rates service within the country’s largest local authority.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on pace, complexity and challenge, driving performance, improving customer outcomes, and modernising how a critical public service is delivered.
You’ll lead, motivate and continue to develop a large operational team, turn policy and legislation into robust, efficient processes, and use insight, data and technology to continuously improve the billing, collection and recovery of approximately £510m of Business Rates income.

This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Revenues Operations Manager, or someone looking to make that next career step. You'll also be an integral part of the Revenues senior leadership team and contribute to the overall running of the service.
