Job Overview
As a User Researcher, you will help to shape and deliver exceptional products and services. You will carry out a range of UR tasks day to day, including conducting user interviews with residents and conducting field observations. Your work will contribute to creating more user-centred products and services.
This role is hybrid and onsite attendance is subject to service needs.
