Head of Recruitment
Ready to prove that resourcing can be disciplined, dynamic and decisive?
We’re looking for a Head of Resourcing who knows that this isn’t just recruitment, it’s delivery at scale, operational grip, and making sure the right people land in the right roles at the right time. If you get excited about workforce plans that actually turn into hires, KPIs that move in the right direction, and services that run like clockwork… we should talk.
You’ll lead the full end-to-end resourcing portfolio from Strategic Workforce Planning and Early Careers to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Recruitment Compliance. You’ll need to understand how it all fits together and how to make it work in the real world not just in a glossy PowerPoint.
We want someone who:
- Knows Oracle Cloud Fusion recruitment modules well enough to make them behave.
- Can translate theory into operational plans and operational plans into results.
- Cares about customer service as much as output.
- Can stabilise, structure and strengthen delivery.
- Grows people, not just processes.
- Leads with clarity, humour and accountability.
This is about leadership. About progress not perfection. About building a high-performing team. About delivering consistently, predictably and professionally whilst being able to still keep a sense of perspective and occasionally laughing along the way.
If you’re operationally sharp, people-focused, and ready to take ownership of a critical enabling service - This could be your moment.
Please upload your up-to-date CV via the attachments part of your application. This is required for shortlisting. Unfortunately, we cannot consider any applications without a CV attached.
