Working 36.5 hours per week
This is an excellent opportunity to join our Voids & Lettings service. You will be supporting the turnaround and letting of council homes, taking customers to view properties and signing them up for their tenancies providing clear advice and information.
You must be an organised individual who is able to manage your own diary and schedule, whilst also being able to support customers effectively.
Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence with business use and own vehicle. Training and development will be provided.
Please note you will be expected to look after all council homes within South Birmingham.
