Working 36.5 hours per week

The planning team is at the centre of this ambitious growth programme that will transform lives, and we are seeking talented and driven people to deliver it.

Principal Development Management Planners are required to guide some of the biggest and most strategic schemes the city has, to ensure consistent and equitable approach to decision making. The role is fast paced and requires excellent negotiation and organisational skills alongside a desire to deliver the best quality outcomes for the citizens of Birmingham and the wider region.
