About The Role

An opportunity has arisen to join Staying Together Team as staying together practitioner. 


Staying Together is a specialist service developed to offer short term crisis intervention when children, young people and their families are going through challenging times.  The aim of Staying Together is to improve family relationships, reduce risks to children and to prevent family breakdown and children/young people becoming looked after.


We are looking for a Social Work Assistant who is committed to supporting children, young people and their families to make positive change through tailored 1-2-1 intervention and group work based on their needs.
