About The Role

In Oct 2022, Bexley Fostering service established an exciting new team, Family Solutions. The team supports Placement Stability to prevent children from moving from one placement to another unnecessarily. The team intensively support children, families, and foster carers using different evidence based practice as a response to complex family dynamics. The social work assistants undertake training in trauma informed practice, collaborative problem solving, signs of safety framework and child protection. The social work assistants undertake a range of support tasks including direct work and interventions with children and  their families
